Theme Park Shopper - Wrong order
I ordered a Minnie Mouse mug on 12/4 from Theme Park Shop.On 12/12/12 I received a Mickey Mouse mug.
I sent an email to the company and they promptly said they would send out the correct mug along with a return receipt. On 12/24/12 after not receiving item, sent another email and they promptly replied - they apologize the item was never shipped but will ship along with half of money being returned if i still wanted the item, i replied i still did. On 12/31/12 contacted them via email again and asked if they received my email - they did. On 1/3/13 I was told the item was shipped and I would receive it "early next week" Here is end of week and still don't have item.
I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau which by the way they have an "F" rating with them.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Monetary Loss: $30.
