Lousy service? Uh Uh, NO SERVICE!
I was worried about ordering from this site but couldn't find the item I wanted anywhere else so I took the chance. BIG MISTAKE. Long story short, 10 days after confirmation of my order which was to be sent in 2-3 days, it still had not been sent. I NEVER got it even after several emails, which BTW, "he" answered with questions like "what did you order" "when was that again?" I resolved the issue with Paypal so I'm good, but do NOT order from this website, you will be sorry. This, so called company, charged $40 for the slippers I eventually got from Disneyland for $25. So what he does (I'm guessing) is get orders, get the money and when he has enough to warrant the entry fee, he goes to the park, buys the stuff and then sends it. It must be something like that, because some people DO get their stuff. If I hadn't used paypal, I may have really had a hassle getting $ back. A WORD TO THE WISE!!!!

Theme Park Shopper/Spectro Con a SHAM!
I placed an order on Oct. 31st and was charge immediately on my credit card. Today I checked to see if the product has shipped but it has not. I tried emailing them at hte address they provided "service@***.com" and received a delivery failure stating that the address did not exist. I tried their other email address, "shopper@***.com", and got the same delivery failure notice. I tried clicking the email link on thier website and...surprise...it failed. So, I called and, of course, got an answering machine, so aI left a message. I checked my bank and found another phone number listed for the charge, (702)378-**** in NV. I called it and a woman with the last name "Lamb" answered. As soon as I started inquiring about Themepark Shopper and Spectro Con she hung up on me. I called back and it went to her voicemail so I left a message. Now I'm reading about all these other people that have ad the same problem with this so called company and I feel like I have been scammed. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as well as submitting a fraud complaint. I'm sure this is NOT what Walt Disney had in mind...

Stay Away From Themepark Shopper/Spectro Cons
Buyer beware of this vendor. I ordered an item a month ago. After 2 weeks, I contacted them via email. "Allen" responded that he had thought my item had been sent and he would send it out immediately. 10 more days later, still no purchase and an excuse that Disney keeps sending him broken parts. I am DONE with this issue. I have opened a case thru PayPal for a refund. This vendor needs to be shut down. My biggest complaint is this business has never communicated any problems they were having (probably because there were never any problems) nor were they proactive about keeping me informed. I couldn't believe he threw Disney under the bus. I am a very reasonable person, but this smells to high heaven.

Like if the company didn't exist
I ordered a product from this company but never received any shipped conformation. I tried calling and also left many emails and voice mails but never get a response. I was only trying to call to verify the order and confirming that this place seems legit because I did some research and the got not so good reviews. But not answering the phone throughout all hours of being open from 9-5pm seems lazy and also fraud. I believe this website is just there to fool people to "buy" products but never actually fulfilling the order. Just avoid shopping here and what sucks also here is that they come out on the front page of google when you search.

Ripped off A bogus company
Ordered a pair of minnie mouse slippers. Charged me $119 for shipping. I am in Texas. They are in Nevada. Called 10 times. Sent e mails 10 times. They gave the credit company a bogus telephone number. It belongs to a 7 year old child. Their contact information is all a scam. E mail addresses are useless and false. The phone number on the website is FALSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!! My credit card company is now in dispute with them. Theme Park Shopper is a thief. Have not received a single response from them. You will be disgusted with them. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Didn´t deliver my product
I bought a CUP to give to my girlfriend on Christmas (10/12/2012) and so far no product was sent to me. They don´t give any explanation, don´t answer to any email, no response. Two months later, no product, no response, no tracking number, no cup. The only thing they give me, in an instant, the bill. Fast as a rabbit. As I saw here, they do that a lot! I have read to avoid buying some stuff, like tickets to parks and some products. I didn't believe! Big mistake! Thieves pretending to run a serious business. Didn't send my order
I ordered a product online on February 20th for my friend's birthday..It is now March 7th and have received nothing. They took my money but sent nothing. I have emailed and called numerous times to no avail. I am really pissed because it was something I couldn't find anywhere else. I am putting in a reversal payment to my card company. How do you NOT answer your phone or email! I feel Disney should be made aware that they are selling Disney products and shaming their name. I know Disney would NOT be happy. Never ordering from them again.

Wrong order
I ordered a Minnie Mouse mug on 12/4 from Theme Park Shop. On 12/12/12 I received a Mickey Mouse mug. I sent an email to the company and they promptly said they would send out the correct mug along with a return receipt. On 12/24/12 after not receiving item, sent another email and they promptly replied - they apologize the item was never shipped but will ship along with half of money being returned if i still wanted the item, i replied i still did. On 12/31/12 contacted them via email again and asked if they received my email - they did. On 1/3/13 I was told the item was shipped and I would receive it "early next week" Here is end of week and still don't have item. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau which by the way they have an "F" rating with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The theme park shopper, didn't deliver product
I ordered a pair of Minnie mouse slippers as a gift in APRIL from the theme shop shopper. They said they could not deliver them to the address I requested, this was the result of many emails as to when they would be shipped. I finally said ship them to me. Two weeks went by and again I was email them asking for tracking number or any info on date of delivery. I received an email from Alan and he said they were being sent that day. another week went by, I emailed again and now the emails come back undelivered, I called and left 3 messages no response,I filed a dispute on pay pay, and in my dispute I copy and pasted the email traffic between myself and the theme park shopper. Two days later I was refunded my 49$ and it was credited to my pay pal account. To date I have not received a email , phone call or anything from the theme park shopper regarding this mishap with my item. I would suggest anyone considering buying something from them to look else where. They lack customer service. and had it not been for pay pal and being able to file disputes through them I have no doubt I would be without my slippers and my 50 bucks. do your self a favor and don't do business with these people. they are a scam!

Themeparkshopper.com screws up order and can't be reached.
This company is horrible! They may have the item you are looking for on their site, but you have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your item. I order a product from them on 9/20/11, put it on 2-day shipping, thinking it would be there soon. Nope. The e-mail they send out says "please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship." So I figure that it will, in worst case scenario, process in those business days and then take two days to arrive after that. Wrong. It is now 10/3/11 and the item has still yet to arrive. They tried to pass it off that they "didn't realize that it was a 2-day shipping" for the order, and said that "I e-mailed you to see if you still wanted the item." BS! I checked my e-mail like I was looking for gold. There was never any e-mail. This company can NEVER be reached via their telephone number. Doesn't matter when you call, you will end up hearing their very unprofessional sounding recording that leads you to being able to leave a voice-mail. Don't bother. I also tried that route and requested that they call me back for an explanation of what was going on. Left my number in the voice-mail TWICE! No call ever came. They offered to refund the difference of the shipping and send it out regular postal mail or cancel the order altogether and refund the total amount. I explained what I wanted and have yet to receive any response whatsoever. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, not that it will make a difference, but it is the principle of the matter. These people are more than likely crooks. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Find your items elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and protect your sanity.
